Eagle Feather Homes materials are the best available. We Use Only 2X6 "Douglas Fir" framing, "Double pane-double sealed, thermal-vented "Low E" glass Milgard vinyl windows. CDX plywood sheathing not particle board. Second floor stair and floor systems are standard. ALL Interior walls are pre-framed. Hardie plank or board factory installed. We won't cut your corners to make us more money. We build dreams, not problems.

We do not post the prices of our building packages on our site, nor do we have a price list to send you. Our homes are of custom design and pricing will vary.

You need to take a second or third glance to find the truth. Our home and commercial building packages are more expensive. WE DO NOT have options to be added. In our homes what the others offer as options "Are Standard With Us plus a little more".

Most manufacturers and contractors will use materials that are of a lesser quality. Not inferior, just of lesser quality. Lesser quality simply means "FAR CHEAPER MATERIALS". These items are used to "INCREASE THE PROFIT MARGIN". These cheaper material costs to the manufacturer or contractor, are not passed to the buyer. " THE RETAIL PRICE REMAINS THE SAME".

Our construction package prices have a range of cost. You can expect to pay in the range of $28.00 to $35.00 per sq.ft.. Pricing depends on local codes & requirements for your home.

We do not offer electrical, HVAC, or plumbing. You will be required to hire local sub-contractors for these items and your foundation. Local contractors should be sought for your project.
